I am developing a foundation makeup for a small cosmetics line and I am in need of a chemist who can develop the formula for me. If you have a background in make up formulation and you are willing to work with me, please let me know what specifics you are in need of in order to start the development process. My budget is between $250-$550 as I am just starting out. **Pleas note** You will have to sign a non- disclosure agreement in order to be fully informed on my ideas
