Magento 2 upgrade and facebook pixel install

I have a website running Magento 2 version 2.2.7 CE with a theme installed. I need it to be updated so that the extensions etc are all up to date. I also need the facebook pixel installing from my facebook business manager application. All up dates etc have to be done according to my magento account. The website is https - has a security certificate installed. It runs on ubuntu using digital ocean so you will likely need to use the command prompt to get things done. I would like that when an item is added to the cart and the user clicks the cart, they are prompted to sign up as a new user or login. If they click sign up as new user, they need to be prompted to enter in their delivery address details before proceeding with the checkout. I would also like an area where when they enter in their address, they can enter in their address on a map showing their coordinates. Readiness check says that some things need to be done. Indexers are invalid at the moment and you need to make sure cron job is running. Please take into consideration that other small bits of work may need to be done to get it all working properly. Our communications must be confidential, you must speak fluent english and you must not use the job within your portfolio. If it's possible, I would also like to create in offer on some of our products whereby for example if they buy 5 boxes of our beers, they get a box of another cheaper brand free.
