Magento task - Read description

- increase speed of site (now is about 70 for mobile and about 80 for desktop)
- fix two issues: 1. some products show totally blank page; 2. if i want, is not possible change image of any product, i get "500 error upload image".
- bulk update for product grid: name, description/short description (show few lines for save space), category, images
- extension (all products in this site are divided follow a sku code. Example, if this site have 10 products and for sell these 10 products are require 3 companies and name of these companies is (example) AAA, BBB, CCC, you will see all products with this sku structure (example): AAA-0384, AAA-4423. Our extension need work follow sku rule or price rule)
- show / disable / manual or automatically delete of all products with "magento default image" or with 0 images
- show / automatically change of all prices from 1-20cents to fix 0,40cent (example: if product cost 3,17 euro -> 3,40 euro)
- select +X% for all products between X and X price; for X sku code or for all
- same thing for free shipping, i select free shipping for all products between X and X price; for X sku code or for all
- select AAA sku code and i want update all products that start with sku code AAA, upload new filesheet of AAA company and then choose if: remove all old AAA products + upload new OR only update AAA-003 with new AAA-003 (of course, if are new or different categories name, option for merge categories)
- PHP script for login to ftp, decompress zip file and convert to CSV
