Magento Bug: Custom Options disappear after saving product.

I have a bug in my Magento installation. I want to add custom options to a couple of my products, but upon saving the entered values just disappears. But: This happens only on SOME of my products. The products this happens to, is products that are uploaded through a csv batch upload. I guess something is missing from the product info in the db, but I do not have enough skill to figure it out.
