Hello, i can fix - is easy to say, when the provider is not in ipmi and poor KVM Rescue. First it is already in rescue mode with bad support from KVM recovery, under a tunnel connection you may First recover your all Data on a Local system, Kernel Panic or crash of i/o Response Sector Read failure read mode files, it is required to fix 1st bad sectors or files chains, than boot process should be recompile, allow project only core Linux engineer or DevOps not hosting Admins.
