Sys admin needed for Unix webserver setup. Linode server

Looking for a qualified Unix sys admin to finish setup up of a Linode centos 8 server. it currently has latest CENTOS 8, lamp stack working and fresh install that I did yesterday. There is one root account To add one user account to sudo under ssh 3 SFTP accounts Vsfptd is installed but I need it configuring for this web server. It is our dedicated server so all ftp accounts must be chroooted to var/www/html , because we have 2 sites and the only thing we need is ftp access for developer and myself and one other person. So uploaded files by any sftp user to our websites must inherit the correct permissions they should have. Permissions must be correct for sftp users so they can access the files and edit them and save, while maintaining 755 644 permissions on most directories on the sites. I used setfacl on last server for this but its been a while since I did it so I am getting a full time sys admin on this! Need 3 ssl certs installing and one is for [login to view URL] (the hostname) , one is [login to view URL] and one is development.website.com. I will generate CSR and will provide the certificate bundles. I need http2 working I need phpmyadmin setting up I need apache and MPM optimising for the size of server (64GB memory, 16 cores, 1.2 tb hd) I already opened ports for http, https and ftp for firewalld Needs SE Linux with core policy Python utilities to fine tune it and ensure we dont get any issues with website operations or we can set it to permissive or disabled mode if it is likely to cause issues. The server is not being used for email except for system emails (I will provide email address for this) I have my website files on there, so once the above is sorted, I will import the database and check the website works. Job done You must have a lot of UNIX sys admin experience and feedback for this.
