Install NGINX with slice module and mp4 module for video streaming server

Hello, in need of NGINX installation to serve large mp4 files effectively. Configured with http_slice_module to process Byte-Range Caching and http_mp4_module to process pseudo-streaming.
I've read about HLS module not sure if it's even better for serving speed. Thank you.
