Confluence Upgrade

Hello, I have performed several Jira and Confluence upgrades before successfully. Since your release is 5.10 and since latest version is 6.10 this will be a major release upgrade. Before upgrading i will perform the followings to ensure a smooth upgrading: 1- I will first backup installation directory, home directory and database. 2- I will perform a health check within confluence under support tools. 3- I will check server requirements and package requirements on server - as you know 6.10 requires more memory than previous releases. 4- I will perform upgrade in-place and view/troubleshoot log files - in case any problem raises i will check them to see if there are major issues and/or quick fixes. I am an experienced and hardworking guy and i never leave projects in a half , incomplete state. I also would like to establish long term relationship with you.
