We are a property investment company. We currently use high end London property specialist lawyers for all our work. They are sometimes too high level when all we want to do is chase a commercial tenant for their rent, lease problems, etc. Looking for someone who will work on a freelance basis. Our properties are generally based in London, but no need for legal staff to visit them, so happy to hear proposals countrywide.
