I need help, I have been issued today 7/05 with a SD from the HMRC in relation to a very old disputed debt going back to 2006/2010, this is in relation to personal tax that was computed incorrectly and now has incurred several years of interest and penalties now equating to a claim of £268,000. I fully dispute this debt, I have several years of correspondence going back with the HMRC calling this matter into dispute, the HMRC have never provided the information requested on several occasions or the help requested to resolve this matter, I have for many years suffered from anxiety and stress mental disorders due to the pressures of this situation, since 2004, I have been employed on a PA basis with all of my tax and national insurance payments fully up-to-date which equates to several ten of thousands of pounds paid in tax since 2004.
