We are a consulting and managed services company based out of Dubai.

We are looking for a boiler-plate agreement for local and international businesses who will provide white-label services through us to our [login to view URL] will include consulting services and managed (recurring) services.

We will have exclusivity in the Middle East for their services. We will retain full control over our clients and commercials will be based on percentage. Jurisdiction for the Agreement will be Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC).

A non-solicitation clause will be required which will survive 12 months beyond the termination.
