LaTeX / LyX template for a book from a model

Summary : The need is to create a LaTeX/LyX book template as close as possible of an existing model. The template shall be able to be loaded from LyX in a Linux environment. Details : We have a book under MS Word, and will have a model for paper edition. The model is going to be built with InDesign and we will have it and also a pdf. From the contract with the paper editor, we remain owner of the model. We want by ourselves to perform the numeric edition and numeric sales. So we would like to develop a LaTeX template that reproduce closely the paper model. And we want different parametrisations of this model to be able to generate pdf and ePubs for 5", 6", 9", 10", A4 e-readers. The job is not to make a new numeric model of the book, the job is just the LaTeX template with the different parametrisations. We will provide the part of the pdf, say the 20 first pages and the 10 last ones. We will tune the details with the entire book ourselves. Date : not before we get the pdf model, in 6 to 10 weeks, but we need quickly a cost to take decisions.
