Hi there,
I am looking for a developer to customise file management system to perform the following functions.
Programming of External Secured Portal
- Document expiry dates where a document has validity period
Programming of Restricted access control for portal
- Documents restricted rights to be viewed only
- Documents restricted rights to disallow printing and downloading
- Assign documents access rights to groups or users to view documents
- Documents restricted to disallow copy and paste
- Access control to determine whether user can view, download, print or copy and paste documents.
Programming of user management module
- Add, Edit/ delete users
- Assign of access rights to users for frontend and backend access
- Creation of user groups for document access
- User annoucement module to inform users when a document is loaded through emails
- User registration module with moderation approval
Programming of reporting module
- Report status of viewing records of documents
- Report status of viewing records by users
Programming of document repository module
- Document repository module for deposit of documents
- Add, Edit/delete categories
