5 Updates to c# .net website

We have a c# .net website which tracks and processes loan applications. We recently added a section to help with communication and have 5 updates to that section. Some are simple style changes and some would require C# or jQuery changes. Changes are below: 1. page: /administrator/[login to view URL]: On the section 'Send Welcome Email' we would like to include a PDF attachment for any outstanding documents. This same PDF is already being sent in the 'Send Outstanding Emails' section, just need to include it on these emails as well. 2. Make the Checklist PDF the first attachment. These emails can contain multiple attachments. There is one called 'PDF Checklist' and we would like this to be the first document attached to the email. (this is already done for 'Outstanding Documents Email' just need to apply to the 'Welcome Emails') 3. When adding attachments to the emails (all three) make sure the attachments are in the same order as they appear in the body of the [login to view URL] should just require a minor change to the ordering in the SQL statement that builds the attachment list. 4. Add a column to show when the last email was sent. In the database will need to add a table to track when emails were sent to each user for each loan. Then in the communication center add a column 'Last Email Sent' with a date formatted as m/d/yyyy (ie. 5/11/2016). If no email has been sent yet the column would be empty. 5. In the section 'Originator Email Notification Settings' add a new field called 'Additional Recipients'. This is a text field where users can enter a comma separated list of email addresses. When sending out the email these people should be cc'd on the email.
