Solana SPL Airdrop Script Development

I'm looking for a developer to create an airdrop script specifically for Solana SPL. The main aim of this script is to distribute tokens to a specific, pre-selected group of Solana SPL addresses/wallet. The script/app able to read the list of addresses/wallet from txt or Excel . The distribution needs to be fully automated, without requiring any manual intervention. The amount of tokens need to be specific or random from 100 to 1000 etc. Also be able to adjust the Sol sending fees.
Key requirements:
- The script should be designed to distribute tokens to only a specific, pre-selected group of Solona SPL users, not all users.
- It should be fully automated, meaning the distribution process should not involve manual intervention.
Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in developing scripts or apps for blockchain platforms, specifically Solona SPL.
- Experience with creating airdrop scripts/apps, especially those designed for selective token distribution.
- Understanding of automated token distribution processes and best practices within the context of blockchain technology.
