The objective of this project is to modify the classic Eliza Javascript ChatBot to use MySQL Storage to enable conversation persistence. The chatbot currently uses a JavaScript listing to provide responses. These responses will be transferred to a MySQL table. User messages will be written to this table and stored and responses will be read from the table and sent back to the user, conditional on the messages that have been written. This will be a node.js application without using PHP. A zip file of the current Eliza JavaScript chatbot is attached.
