Hello, Features you require are quite clear and simple enough to be made from scratch without the need of looking into the code of someone else. The challenge might be migrating data from google sheet to the new database. Hi. I've worked with google sheets api before and I'm planning to use angular (ionic) for the Frontend and mount the Backend on NodeJS. I will use a Parse Server as your database interface and can be mounted on a local server or on the cloud depending on your requirements. Certain requirements are needed for mailing so we can use an SMTP or an external API like Mailgun, just let me know. I'm new on Freelancer, but I have been developing full time in both ReactJS and NodeJS for several years. My full-time experience building the HailTrace website and suite of products has given me the skills to achieve what you're asking for. In fact, I have experience deploying NodeJS micro-services for large audiences. My thought is that for the UI we can use something like React material-ui to create a clean-looking and easy-to-use look. We could even build the project on a DB like rethinkdb which will enable us to make the site completely responsive through web socket events and triggers. But, if you're more interested in a traditional SQL or MySQL database solution, we can go with that. I'm not sure how much time it will take, but I'm confident that 20 days is way more than enough time to accomplish this.
