Help with django app

I have a little project with some difficult trying to get one field to be the output of a second field drop down list. There are 2 forms, create group and create account. Both served on separate pages. Once users create a group on screen 1, to create an account on screen 2 will require completion of multiple fields. One of this fields is group. I want this group field from screen 2 to be drop down list populated by groups created in screen 1. Unfortunately i can not give full access to code so we will need to have a share screen session. Small project to available for immediate start
