Display an image when mouse is over a link on HTML page. Several links/images.

Hello, My project is very simple. Screenshot from the HTML page : [login to view URL] Page visitor mouse over any of the text links inside the red frame, then a specific image would be displayed in the placeholder above. Each link will have it's specific image. Images have all the exact same size. On mouse out, a default image is displayed, not linked to any text link. There's several blocks of images and links on the page, as you can see in the screenshot. You can see there a second block, on the right. Page is HTML, CSS (and Javascript). It's a template I purchased from TemplateForest. (Other pages use jquery, in case you wonder.) No database, no PHP. Don't tell me it's very technical or a long work. Don't ask me a price per link. I got some crazy bids previously for the same project. I'm sick of people who overprice their services... Thank you.
