Build a Baby Weight to Nappy Tool

Basically to create a HTML5 / CSS3 / JQuery tool which will display various Nappy and their sizes based on the weight of the baby. So the steps are:
1. Start tool with 'START' button
2. Click on 'START' hides panel (1) and display another panel which has two buttons in a <DIV> : Nappies OR Pull-up Pants
3. Click on Nappies button, hides panel (2) and displays another panel with drop-down SELECT box
4. SELECT a weight (0 - 20KG) then depending on weight selected display a <DIV> which contains 2 Nappy products as images and title with <a> link
3. Click on Pull-up Pants button, hides panel (2) and displays another panel with drop-down SELECT box
4. SELECT a weight (20 - 40KG) then depending on weight selected display a <DIV> which contains 2 Pull-up Pants products as images and title with <a> link
5. Reset button resets the tool back to (1)
