Needing an immediate quick piece of javascript.

It is just making some simple javascript based on a few lines of VB code that looks at the contents of a web page and checks for tag types. Should be a real quick easy job. I have attached the VB code so you can see yourself, also a description of what I am waning to achieve.

It should take an experience coder no more that 1 hour to complete probably 15 minutes.
