JavaScript developer with MVVM (knockout/angular/kendo) experience

We seek an experienced, talented freelance web developer (not a company) who expertise in modern UI programming for a specific project and also for a long term relationship. Mandatory skills: (1) A developer at heart, one that knows how to create modular, well-designed and clean code, (2) vast experience with Javascript programming, great familiarity with modern MVVM concepts and framework (Knockout or AngularJs or Kendo or Durandal) (3) Bonus skills (not mandatory): Javascript Object Oriented Programming, code design capabilities (UML, OOD), Kendo UI.
