ONLY one who has worked for billing application is required to bid.
We are looking for the development of Electricity Billing application. The application should have following modules:
1. Configuration module for different heads, like : fixed charges, time of Day, etc...
2. Tariff configuration: This module will let user select the heads for any Tariff configuration and define the cost criterion.
3. Energy Cost calculation: There will be a table where all energy parameter values would be mentioned for each consumer. Based on the Tariff category of the consumer, cost will be calculated. 4. Financial module: This is the most important module, where all the payment/part payment history will be mentioned. This module will also include the Penalty and late payment charges etc.
