Lowess smoothing calculation in Java

We need a Java class that will take double values, maintain its own internal array, and calculate the lowess (locally weighted scatterplot smoothing) value of the array as well as the slope of the lowess line. The user should be able to specify which index value to return. For example, "0" returns the current smoothed value, "1" will return the previous smoothed value, etc. The same for the slope. For example: GetLowess(0) or GetSlope(2) Please only bid if you understand advanced statistics and are a Java expert.
