HOSPITAL BILLING SYSTEM

Hospital Management System The system should cover the following modules: 1. Consultation 2. Xrays 3. Procedures 4. Appointments scheduling. 5. Records: doctor, patient. 6. Users 7. Settings 8. Paying medicine The current system works like this, once a patient is received in a hospital, the patient records are collected and is assigned a card. He then pays consultation fee at the reception (the fee should vary so i expect it to be featured in my settings module). Then the patient sees the doctor and is advised on what to do next ie Purchase medicine, take an Xray or Procedures. Each of those 3 should be included in the system... Next thing includes appointments. So i want a record of dates of future appointments whereby if a patient is given a future appointment, the dates will be recorded inclusive of the patients name and doctor to be visited After consulting the doctor, the patient normally goes back to the reception where they pay for the next service ie Xray or procedure or Laboratory check, or paying of medicine... The system should be made using netbeans and java language and i will require the source code behind it.. since this is a school project and i will be required to showcase the whole thing to a panel.. also i require the programmer to comment the code after every module to help me study the code itself... The system should use an SQL database to enable me to link it with a similar system i made using php. The system finally should have a login with the admin having the option to add or delete users into the system.. I expect records of the doctor and the patient to be featured.... I will design the database for the developer and will give a design on how the main menu will look like to help the developer understand how my system works.... Also i expect my settings page to have the options to set the price for each service ie Xray, Procedure, consultation.
