Create a program -script - process to automate process of keying in ordered particular into courier doket

First of all please view the requirement video explanation [login to view URL] Download requirement files: [login to view URL] I am an online seller on shopee To ship out orders , shopee provide us with 1) Shopee Poslaju Waybill1 – which is the courier dokets 2) Shopee Packlist – which contains the items that the buyer purchased based on the order no We are currently manually adding/editing using adobe acrobat XI 11.0.20 , the items that the buyer (shopee packlist) purchased , manually to Shopee Poslaju Waybill1 . What we currently do : 1) open up Shopee Poslaju Waybill1 2) for each specific order in Shopee Poslaju Waybill1 example- Order ID: 17091812131CK81 3) we open up Shopee Packlist – find for Order ID: 17091812131CK81 4) look in Shopee Packlist Order ID: 17091812131CK81- the item purchased and then manually edit Shopee Poslaju Waybill1 by placing information of the items purchased for Order ID: 17091812131CK81. As space is limited, we will write the items purchased in short form together with calculation of total items purchased if item purchase is more than 1 . I need a program/script that can automate this process. Requirement of the automated program/script: 1) It should have a database that prompt us with on what short description to record for a particular item. Example : Shopee pack list - Order ID 1709161940179DY Item purchased – Name /Product Description Variation /Option Quantity Portable Steam Iron Inns Tobi Travel Steamer (LOWEST + FREE SHIPPPING) ORIGINAL TOBI 1 We cannot copy the entire product description plus option to the Shopee Poslaju Waybill1 (courier doket ) because it is too long Too length to copy entire below to Shopee Poslaju Waybill : Portable Steam Iron Inns Tobi Travel Steamer (LOWEST + FREE SHIPPPING).Origibak Tobi– 1 Instead we use short description TobiSt-1 Name /Product Description Variation /Option Quantity Portable Steam Iron Inns Tobi Travel Steamer (LOWEST + FREE SHIPPPING) ORIGINAL TOBI 1 Aluminium / PU Leather Watch Case Box 6 10 12 20 24 Slot 6 slot aluminium 1 Aluminium / PU Leather Watch Case Box 6 10 12 20 24 Slot 6 slot pu 1 We will record this as TobiSt-1,6Alu-1,6Pu-1 *T:3 And copy over to Shopee Poslaju Waybill according to the order no The program or script should refer to the database on what short description to place – together with quantity purchased . It should short description -no of item, short description -no of item and then sum the total no of products if quantity more than 1item *T:_ Example: TobiSt-1,6Alu-1,6Pu-1 *T:3 It will automatically copy TobiSt-1,6Alu-1,6Pu-1 *T:3 to Shopee Poslaju Waybill base on order number . It should have a database similar to the below (refer to requirement files downloadlink above) - At the end of processing , the system/script should inform if any order no in Shopee Poslaju Waybill1 – unable to find the particular order in Shopee Packlists You can code in any type of platform , excel macro , java , cb and etc as long as it does the work My operating system: -Windows 10 pro -Adobe acrobat XI 11.0.20 -Excel 2013
