This company has already released a service called AutoBiz that has a step mail delivery function.
Recently, I received a request that they would like to be able to send steps not only via email, but also via LINE.

In addition, the client has already created and released a beta version of the LINE step distribution function.
The final goal is to implement the functionality of the beta version according to the requirements definition document we received, and get it to a state where it can be released as an alpha version.
Also, this time, the final goal will be divided into two stages as shown below.
・First stage: Replacement of programs created in the beta version (Java → PHP)
・Second stage: Production of LINE step distribution service using PHP (additional implementation)
This time, we have received a contract for just the first stage of the replacement work to PHP.
The idea is that if the first stage of work goes well, you will be able to sign a contract for the second stage as well.
The specific details of this first stage are as follows:
Currently, LINE-related Java projects consist of the following 7 projects.
They would like to replace two of these projects (LINE integration management screen).
1. LineWebhook webhook for LINE
2. LineAutoBiz LINE integration management screen
3. LinePushManager Bulk distribution engine for LINE
4. LineQueRefresh Queue information update batch
5. LineBatch Eraser of queue information for LINE
6. ChatEraserBatch Chat log information eraser
7. LinePusher Pusher notifications for real-time chat
I will share a simple screen transition diagram and DB definition document related to the above later.
The process associated with the above content is considered below.
·System Design
→ System design for everything from replacement work to LINE step distribution service
・Adjustments related to development
→ Install PHP8.2 and Laravel framework (Laravel has been requested to be used when creating the LINE step distribution function)
→ Integration into existing systems
・Replacement work
→Replacement of LINE linkage management screen to Java->PHP
→This data migration and operation check
