Tool to Export Facebook Fans to Excel, CSV, or Text

I'm non-technical administrator of several Facebook fan pages. I'd like a tool that will allow me to download the Facebook user IDs of all fans, given the page id and my oauth key as input. The output can be a simple CSV or text file. The tool should be as self-contained as possible. I can currently run php on my computer. If I need anything else, I'll need instructions on software installation and how to use it. I'd like to be able to use this tool as often as needed across all fan pages I administer.
