WYSIWYG rich text Editor with cut n paste Image support

Instead of import from Word document our folks are thinking of having a web browser based rich text editor where one can enter data with images. It also needs support for text formatting and multiple languages like Hindi using Unicode. The images need to be uploaded and saved on server and HTML needs to be saved in MySQL. Most of the editors available on net require the images to be uploaded first and then linked. We need GMail type editor for Java project. User should be able to cut n' paste image from Word or Paintbrush or Mathtype equation editor etc. directly into the editor window.
