Fix my WordPress blog

I created a wordpress blog using a template using wordpress latest version that includes the complete php, design, headers, plugins, adsense inserts. After ftp to my server and posting for 2 days, I noticed my post adsense ads would not come out which shows it is not working. I need a programmer to correct this and also: 1.) set up the AKISMET spam plugin properly 2.) be able to post Utube video or other video and watch it without leaving the blog 3.) modify my blog to make it more presentable 4.) Add banner affiliate links Will ftp the whole blog if requested Thanks!
