Check if subdomain is already taken, using an external json file.
The form is made in bootstrap using formValidation to verify the form.
The json file contains all subdomains that are already in use.
If a subdomain is taken, get error message. (do not show submit button)
If a subdomain is free, show extra form content like, name, surename and email adres, the extra fields are required fields as well. And show submit button.
