View data from a db database file extracted from iPhone using PhoneView software

I used phoneview software on my mac over a year ago and extracted many files from within an app on my phone at the time. I have recently discovered these files stored under the phoneview application files. The file is a .db file and is 450MB containing images, videos etc. I can't work out how to extract the images/data from the .db file!
