Wordpress Developer & Designer for Long Term Relationship

I’m starting a web development company and am in need of a highly skilled Wordpress developer and designer to work with me part time or as the need arises to build the business. As we will be working with clients to build Wordpress websites for them, the work will scale up over time and will become a full time position as demand pick up (and your work meets all expectations). This position is responsible for setting up and customizing Wordpress sites for our clients using premium themes. Must have cutting edge Wordpress skills; know CSS, HTML and plugins, ideally PHP too and UX design skills are a huge advantage but basic photoshop will suffice. An Artistic flair is also required for this position. Fantastic communicator, good business, design, and development competency and search engine-friendly foundation are just the start. I'm looking for someone that wants to grow with a company that has unlimited potential. Expectations of applicants: - Experienced with WordPress development (at least 2-5 years) - A Portfolio on request, which will be verified with the site owner - Good English - Skype chat (voice is preferable) - The ability to communicate and follow through in a timely manner are essential requirements for this position - Understands and demonstrates EXCELLENCE in customer service. - Approaches work with a “wow factor” meaning you have a commitment to excellence, proactive, zealous attention to detail and impeccable follow-through. - Has an eye for design and the ability to create stunning visuals - Ability to bring a website design from concept to execution. - Can complete a website within a given time - Ability and experience with troubleshooting website technical issues (Fixing theme/css issues) - A Skilled PHP developer - Customize Wordpress Theme (moving all things where I want them to be and how they need to look) - edit current Premium theme. - Finding and installing suitable plugins for various tasks - Work in teams but also individually with little supervision - Ability to multitask - Can work under pressure and meet deadlines - Available/willing to meet timezone requirements Doesn't have to be a perfect fit... but a nice combination of most of these qualities Skills that are required: php jquery css3 html5 wordpress Please include the word 'CROWN' at the beginning of your applications, so that I know you have read the description and understood it.
