Skilled, well-rounded Social media content creator needed

We are an e-commerce company selling our unique Patent Pending weighted blankets online. We are looking for a skilled, well-rounded marketer/freelancer/content creator to grow our social media presence. Our brief social media content was put together at the beginning of our product launch. However, our goal is to substantially expand our current content to engage consumers through social media & grow our followers. We also need to encourage our viewers to share content and get them talking about our brand and products so that we can organically grow our followers. Our pages are pretty new & we want to start giving them a cohesive feel and theme. We would like a modern, crisp style with a fun, friendly & calming edge #weightedblanket #calm sort of a feel. What we need done are: Create & post one (1) post each day on each of the following social media platforms (so 4 total posts each day): a) Twitter b) Facebook c) Instagram d) Pinterest. Note: We’d also need 2 IG stories every week You are expected to: a) Research and write compelling contents b) Ignite our social media growth c) Come up with proper and relevant Hashtags (we will provide general guidelines & thoughts of what we think might be good but we would like you to be inquisitive and come up with different hashtags that promote our products & brand) d) Create content and email it to us by 7:00 PM every evening. We will proof read and approve for you to upload them the next day e) All posts must have striking graphics (either created by you or as a re-post) f) Your content & post write ups must be original (but you can use re-post for the pictures you choose) g) Find & post free-to-use pictures related to weighted blankets, calming, anxiety, sleeping, words of encouragement, .... h) At least one out of every 5 posts must be an original picture taken or graphic created by you (this could be a photo you have taken & not always from our products but something inspiring, something cute, something funny to get the conversation going. You get the idea;). You could use quotes but create the graphics to type in the quotes yourself instead of re-post (bottom line – at least 20% of our posts must be original). Once in a while, product and Lifestyle Photography must also be included i) Have a sophisticated design sense & create beautiful imagery for our social media channels j) We also expect you to find and include free-to-use images online. k) Use our pictures provided on occasion Please send us your portfolio along with your best examples of relevant work This is a weekly project. However, upon satisfactory trial period, we'd love you to join our team on an on-going basis & take care of our social media marketing and content creation. We can create weekly milestones for evaluation and compensation: $35/week ($150 for 30 days of posts )
