We are looking for a Growth Hacker to develop marketing strategy, run campaigns and grow our social media profiles, all designed to find and hit PMF (product-market fit), and grow interest in our product offering.
The Growth Hacker will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day strategic development and tactical execution of finding and growing our target market.
We’re looking for a highly organized, data-driven, and execution-focused individual. The ideal candidate brings an entrepreneurial mindset, works well independently, is capable of handling multiple projects at once, will execute and develop data-driven strategies, and is passionate about growing a business from the ground up.
You’ll focus on acquiring customers efficiently, scaling, and optimizing acquisition campaigns on different marketing and social media channels. You’ll also report on all major metrics and share valuable insights to continuously improve performance, CAC and drive growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Execute on hypotheses and analyze feedback to identify opportunities for pivots and renewed strategic direction
• Develop strategy & messaging and handle day-to-day social media management and execution of marketing campaigns.
• Manage and efficiently scale acquisition campaigns across all platforms
• Weekly analytics reporting
• Propose new insights to drive acquisition, retention and brand development
• Assist with crafting and nurturing brand tone and voice.
