Need a sales executive

Alpha Investments deals in stock trading and investments. We are mainly into coaching. The sales executive will need to find out clients based on their own leads and sell them our course worth Rs 40,000. The details of the course will be given to selected candidates. This is a part time role. You will be working from home. Your role will be to generate leads and convert them into clients. Only highly passionate individuals with a keen interest in sales and stock markets apply. No degree/graduation required. Freshers are welcomed. Prior basic knowledge in stock market is mandatory. There won't be any fixed pay. The salary will be on a totally incentive basis. No limit on incentives. Here is the structure for the same : If you are getting less than 5 clients a month. then behind each client you will be paid Rs. 5000 If you are getting 5-10 clients a month, then behind each client you will be paid Rs. 6500 If you are getting more than 10 clients a month, then behind each client you will be paid Rs. 8000 So if you get 4 clients, you will be paid 4*5000 = Rs. 20,000 if you get 5 clients, you will be paid 5*6500 = Rs. 32,500 and so on.
