Facebook Ads *EXPERT* required

We are currently seeking a Facebook Ads expert to join our team.
Necessary experience for this position is:
* Experience in running, managing, optimising and growing Facebook advertising campaigns
* Lead generation experience is essential
* Ideally your experience should be in the insurance niche
* Ability to get high CTRs with ads
* Experience in gathering intelligence (deciding who to target / interests + demographics)
* Experience in retargeting (not necessary, but preferred)

You will be required to do all below tasks on a daily basis:
* Set up new adverts
* Pass on advert creative ideas to the design team
* Rotate advert creatives when required
* Set up the correct tracking (conversion pixel, and also custom tracking)
* Edit bids / bidding strategy to get maximum profitability
* Optimise advertising campaigns
* Scale campaigns

3)What are the main 3 thing you would do to our campaign every week to make it a success?
4)What blogs/forums/courses do you read to keep your Facebook Ads knowledge up, if any?
5)Do you have experience in retargeting?
This is an ongoing position, so we need someone that whats to work with us in the long term.
Please provide us with your pay rate per hour, having in mind that bonus/commissions will be given for great performace.
