Social Media/Marketing Assistant & Sales

This position is for an extremely fast paced, high energy NJ police officer, who is building a life coaching & public speaking business. He is looking for a social media/marketing expert who can effectively engage and grow our audience, identify, evaluate, execute excellent social media marketing plans, create professional, eye-catching effective advertisements and campaigns, as well as content for the social media sites. This team member will need to be an extremely well-spoken and articulate who can: handle our company's social media accounts as well as thoroughly engage our social media followers. You must be able to effectively analyze and grow our audience to reach our company's target market. Excellent communication skills is a must for this position as you will be representing our company publicly, as well as marketing our company's products and services. The hours starting out will be estimated 5-10 +/- hours per week. This position has potential to become long-term, based on the skill level, quality of work, experience of the team member, as well as company growth, but especially the results YOU create. There will also be additional hours available, if you have sales experience and a desire to do sales. When applying, specifically state on a scale of 1 (No experience) to 10 (Expert experience), your skill level and experience in each task below. Create a chart if necessary. Include "Dear Mr. P" at the top of your proposal; include a current resume and a portfolio of your current work as well. If any of these 4 are not included, your proposal will not even be considered. Skills testing and a behavioral assessment will be completed to ensure we have the right team member and that their skills are where we need them to be. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: -Create sales sheets for our products/services -Create high end, high impact, and high results MailChimp campaigns (including HTML coding) - Proactively create materials to drive sales opportunities -Proactively keep the entire team updated on all project status -Proactively see what needs to be completed, take care of it and give our team updates - When challenges come up, be able to evaluate them, create options, as well as pros & cons lists, and then present them to our team - Write Blogs and Articles professionally and targeted towards law enforcement - Handle All Social Media: Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc. -Proactively create interesting, exciting, and compelling posts to engage and gain a significant amount of followers -Writing skills -Online advertising -Website Design, Creation, and Maintenance - HTML Experience -SEO Creation, Implementation and Management -Wordpress Experience -Sale and Marketing Experience -Search out potential clientele in our target market, engage them via LinkedIn, Facebook, other web services & cold calling, create a relationship with potential clients, explain the value of our services & products, close the sale and take payment (via the web).
