Marketing Plan for Oriental Organic Products Targeting Asian Market

Cosmetic company needs Marketing Plan for new product lines. (6 product lines with 22 products) Requirements: -must be familiar with US market -must be familiar with US Asian market (Vietnamese, Chinese, Korean, Philippine, Indian, etc) and where they shop, what they read, where to attract them to buy our products -must be familiar with marketing in health and beauty industry. Experienced with organic and eastern medicine product is a plus but not required. -must be familiar with multichannel and internet marketing -must be able to write and present a solid through marketing plan to be used among US Asian market starting the second half year of 2013 -must be able to use multichannel marketing vehicle to reach to online and offline, retail and wholesale customers (small mom and pa's salon, nail salon, skin care store, speciality store, super market, grocery store, etc) -must present a solid through plan of how to distribute the product using what marketing tool -any recommendation after looking at company's website, product catalogs, and product information based on freelancers marketing experience will be highly considerate Descriptions: *Products made in Korea in traditional packages with a modern twist. *All product images and catalogs and available contents will be provided. *Freelancer will first spend time reading through our company's website, catalogs and products to understand the products and design a through marketing plan among the desire target customers to attract wholesale and retail buyers. *Freelancer must use all existing art work and make a strong presentation, brand are also color coded to be easily understand by customers associated with its own benefits. The marketing plan should also be consistent with the same color code and benefits that goes with each color each line on all marketing vehicles. For example as below: Brand#1: Aloe, dry skin, blue Brand#2: Gold, sensitive skin, gold color Brand#3: Witch hazel, uneven skin tone, white & silver Brand#4: Ginseng, mature skin, maroon red Brand#5: Lotus, anti aging & uneven skin tone, purple, light pink and white Brand #6: 10 types of "two step masks" (serum+mask) made with natural oriental medicine and organic ingredients. & benefits vary, colors vary -> This will make more senses once you are selected and received our documents. *We're a start up company with small budget but big potential, so please bid on your best quote. The freelancer who delivers a great presentation will be consider to hire for the second phrase of this marketing plan to be used starting first half of 2014. All products will be the same, except ingredients and package will be simplified to gear towards the mass market in the US to be sold through big box retailers.
