Direct Sales Marketing & Social Media Lead Generation

We have a direct sales marketing engine and we need to increase the efficacy of the email messages, the mini site click through rate and conversion ratio. We want someone to prove themselves with results. The results must be effective and constantly improving. Someone willing to look at the results objectively and find ways to improve them. Job Description: Your responsibilities: - Create email marketing strategies and campaigns to reach out to new users and reengage existing customers - Compose email-friendly designs following best practices for customer acquisition with our team. - Compile reports and analytics using key success metrics - Identify and develop promotion strategies for new products, features and announcements - Conduct market research and competitive analysis - Manage email and database marketing tools Your qualifications: - Primary skills: Email Marketing - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Knowledge of HTML/CSS languages - A complete Freelancer profile showcasing original advertising content - References or an established reputation on Freelancer preferred We have a monthly budget and the hourly rate is less important to us than getting results within the campaigns each month. My company provides services within Network Marketing. 1st - We have a site that provides news to the industry ([login to view URL]). We need to create a social campaign to drive more traffic. 2nd - We have webisodes that will be coming out weekly, we ned to drive more traffic and viewership ([login to view URL]) 3rd - we sell email marketing and lead gen services for our engine [login to view URL] and explosiveincome.com. We need to improve the funnels conversion ratio and then have better drip system email content with those systems. There are samples of the system at [login to view URL] and go to training. We have metrics that can be analyzed and videos watch percentage to determine efficacy. Last - I have a wordpress coder and we want to create multiple mini sites and landng pages for the [login to view URL] for power users using webforms from the system to create more leads and drive traffic via seo, adwords and road signs. I will need someone to help with social media strategy and effective email copy and funnel page copy writing. I need a creative and detailed person or team determined to help each month bring more leads and content that helps users of my system acquire more members for their teams. Network Marketing is big business and we intend on being sophisticated with our marketing approach for our sites and those of our system users. I would like a plan formulated and then implemented each month to improve efficacy of conversion.
