I want to send 500 Emails Daily to my customers in USA

Hello, I want to send 500 Emails daily to my database in USA. I don't want to be consider as spammer. I am looking for the one who can handle everything to make my mails gets delivered. I would be needing good reputed servers and IP's. If you are an expert in Email Marketing and have proper infrastructure supporting the same, You will be hired. This is not an one time project, you will get more from me after this too. I need to send 5000 emails and after 5000 records I will go for another 5000 emails and then another........Project will go on, so if your work will be good, there is a guarantee of long term relationship. My price would be fixed i.e. $8 for per 500 email send, email must be in INBOX OF RECIPIENT, NOT IN SPAM BOX OR JUNK BOX.
