So please before you place a bid, make sure you have read this. Our preferences If you work for our company you will start setting up already existing campaigns on Google adwords. You will get all the information for these campaigns from our assist manager. You will manage this campaigns with the adwords editor Aour tool. We have already set up some landings pages , so it’s the most of the time just maintaining of the exiting campaigns. We also need a professional view from you, to change existing campaigns and set up better strategies. Conditions * We are searching for an Marketing specialist that knows everything about online marketing. From landingspages till SEO and Adwords. We will test your knowledge about marketing with some random questions, before we will hire you. * We have recommended that the marketing takes place in a separate account that is both financially and in terms of maintenance is kept by the freelancer. We will finance all marketing costs before the start of the campaign. We want also access to this account. This is absolutely necessary. * You know google adwords really good (instant , video, image, partner search, dynamic search, costumer behaviour, CPC strategys, google algorithms (panda, puinguin ect.) * We stay in touch with you as freelancer on Skype. We will work in Google drive to see the latest goals and targets. * You know everything about the setup of google analytics, conversion ratio’s and systems, to manage the leads and sales. * You have at least 4 stars as total feedback from costumers. And don’t have more than 2-3% negative feedbacks of all your feedbacks. * If you are a project manager please let us know that before we start. * You have at least 8-10 hours free every week and can make time to do changes. * You know how you need to make a marketing plan our strategy guide. We would like to know all thinks about our ROI and will get every two weeks an overview of the targets that are reached. Salary and bonus payments We sell the most of the time products for our clients. We will pay you every month your salary, outgoins, marketing budgets for adwords and a bonus for every product that we have sold with the campaign that you work with.
