We have just purchased a little unit in templestowe that is in need of a good renovation before we can move in at the end of June next year. It's is a 3 bedroom 1 bathroom unit which we would like to convert to a 3 bedroom 2 small bathroom unit. We have some idea and would like some advice / more idea and require it all to be drawn up Prior to us starting the works in mid may next year. As the property is rented out at the moment we would like to schedule in a time to sit down with yourself run through some ideas and visit the property to measure up and look, at the next rental property inspection. We have 4-6 weeks to carry out all the works and need to get everything organised fairly early if we have any chance of sticking to this timeframe.
