Draw Me a Beautiful Illustration

I need you to draw a vector illustration for the printing company website. The company was created by 4 people, so 4 characters representing each of them should be present on the picture. The picture will be about their special deals listed on the left, the team will be on the right. One character (dreaming, bearded) will be sitting on a big printer / box / computer with his digital drawing device, next to him a fashionable lady with long hair will be shouting loud (she is a digital marketing specialist) and two males (one tall and stocky, another short and stocky) will be making plans. CMYK colors would be the colors of this picture. Attached are some pics to pointing you out in the right direction but I would need better drawn characters. I will need to have a source file with layers.
