I'm currently in the process of creating a children’s book aimed at children aged 4-7 years old. For this project, I'm seeking a talented illustrator who can bring my vision to life with cartoon-style illustrations. The details of my requirements are as follows:
**Ideal Skills and Experience:**
- Proficient in cartoon-style illustration
- Experience with children’s book projects
- Ability to portray vibrant, engaging scenes that capture the imaginations of 4-7-year-olds
- Excellent communication skills to ensure the illustrations match the tone and message of the story
**Project Requirements:**
- Creation of 11-20 cartoon-style illustrations. This includes the book cover and illustrations for each page.
- Collaborate closely with me to understand the theme and characters of the story- main character to resemble the attached picture of the child
- Provide draft sketches for feedback before finalizing any illustrations.
- Deliver high-quality, print-ready files.
**Ideal Candidate:**
- You should have a portfolio showcasing your skills in cartoon-style artwork, especially those aimed at young children.
- Previous experience working on children’s books is highly desirable.
- Creativity and the ability to provide input on how to best bring the story to life visually will be valued.
