Diary/Journal Universal iPhone & iPad App

Hello, I'm after a simple Diary/Journal Universal iPhone & iPad app - List: A Table grouped by Month with customized table cells to list all journal entries (photo thumbnails, date/time, title and summary. Delete & Add buttons. - Entry page (View, Edit, New): Notepad background image, scrollable text area (on the notepad background image), rating (5 stars), photo picker, camera photo capture. The bottom of the page to have a transparent bar with 6 icons { Facebook, Twitter, Email, Delete }. Email will just copy the Text & Photo and open the email client. - Facebook integration (using ShareKit framework [login to view URL]) - Twitter integration (using ShareKit framework [login to view URL]) - Password protection option. On/Off, change password - Info page (flip over): Information plus links to other apps - SQLite database - iPhone version (Universal App) - iPad version (Universal App) - No memory leaks - Full source code rights and xcode project at every milestone The application must look nice, modern and interactive. It must not be plain and boring Apple colours. All graphics to be done by the provider.
