Clan Champ - Clash of Clans addon - Cydia Mobile Substrate Programming

There is an existing Clash of Clans addon from imodgame . this automates certain tasks in the clash of clans game. I want to have all of those features found in the imodgame addon plus the ones we list in the attached document.
A big part of this project is programming in objective c using cydia mobile substrate to tie into the clash of clans game. (ie, the device must be jailbroken to use this app, just like imodgame)
The other part of this project is the back end server component required for purchasing/activating serial #s.
I am NOT asking for a game to be programmed! I am asking for an add-on like "imodgame." If you do not know what imodgame is, please do not bid on this project.
