Hey!
We are a cool team of people from Romania that work in e-commerce and recently launched our business in Hungary so are looking for a native Hungarian to work part time or full time at [url removed, login to view]
Main tasks will consist doing customer support - solving customer's problems over the phone and by e-mail and sometimes translate some texts we will give you.
We want to have super happy customers, so we are looking for someone that is very positive and can transmit that positivity over to our customers.
Working hours - preferably from 8:00 to 11-12:00 (are flexible to some extent). You can work even more if you wish to, but a minimum would be 3/4h a day to do the essential stuff.
We will use Freelancer Desktop app.
Requirements: you must be a dynamic and independent person, VERY ORGANIZED, hard working, having no problem working from home, capable of properly managing your own time.
Past experience in e-commerce (Shopify/ customer support) is an advantage but not a requirement.
