I am looking for a Wordpress expert to fix a major issue on my website.
Error Message/Code: url will not load
Problem Description: Website is down. When entering the url, the page remains "white" in my browser. I updated to the newest PHP and it went down. I can access the backend. I have a backup that is located in the backend and needs to be restored and I think it will start working again. My normal IT guy who is usually very good but he cant fix it. The right person should be able to fix this in 1 hour.
