Hi, I have a WordPress site for my wife's wedding cake business, see http://annafolkmancake.co.uk. For some reason, it is running very slowly compared to other websites that I view on my Macbook. The back end when I'm in the WordPress cpanel is particularly slow but the whole site does not perform well. There are two parts to this project - one is to optimise the website for speed so the user experience is improved. Secondly, there is a contact form on the website [login to view URL] but I need to have some Google Adwords conversion code added to the section of the form that says 'Thanks for your message, we'll be in touch shortly!'. The conversion thank you message is not on a separate page so I'm not sure how to add the code so that Google Adwords understands that a conversion has happened. I've attached the conversion code for you to add to the form.
